Your data, in plain words

Who we are

IAMT Systems is part of IAMT Group. The site is run by IAMT Music 2021 SCP, Carrer de Suïssa 8, 2-1, 08023 Barcelona, Spain, tax number ESJ05494513. For anything about your data, write to info@iamtmusic.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the request form: your name, work email, company, team size and your message, plus the page you sent it from. If you pressed the calculator's button, its three numbers come along in your message. The calculator itself sends nothing.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to prepare the call. Nothing else: no lists, no newsletters you did not ask for, and we do not sell it or pass it on.

Where it is kept, and for how long

It goes into Traxroom, the system we run our own company on, and to our team's mailbox, where only our team can read it. Our hosting and database providers process it on our behalf. We keep it while the conversation is open and for three years after the last message. If we sign a contract, for as long as the contract and tax law require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit or object to its use, and take it with you. None of that costs anything: write to info@iamtmusic.com. If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
